Make Moving Simple

We were moving out of our apartment in Ann Arbor and hired Hi-Five to remove anything that we weren't able to sell or give away. We asked them to give usable items to charity and to dispose of the rest.

They were easy to communicate with and they arrived just a few minutes behind schedule, which wasn't a problem because they were communicating with me via text message and I was never left in the dark.

Even though this was a removal and disposal job, they treated all items and our building with respect. Nothing was damaged and the building was left in great shape.

I'm sad we left A2, because I'd love the chance to hire them again. Highly recommended!

Dillon and Mike were fabulous! They move fast, yet we're super careful. Not just casually 'good enough' type careful, no they were "moving you grandma antique mirror" careful. They finished quicker then we thought, even with the extra big stuff that had to make it down to the basement. I would highly, highly recommend

I had an old bed to get rid of...it needed to be disassembled and hauled down a bunch of stairs to the dumpster. Dilon was so easy to book, came quickly, got the job done, boom. Absolutely fantastic experience and took so much stress off of me.

They are just amazing. Very professional and efficient, I couldn't believe how well they packed the truck in the amount of time they used. They were also really kind and patient. For example, I had a 26 foot truck that I needed to drive to Chicago and was pretty nervous about it. They spent time teaching me how to turn and drive safely, and even checked up on me to ensure I arrived safely. You know a company is built on solid ground when they do great work and are genuinely nice people.

Dilon and Michael were great, very professional, very nice. I realized I needed help with just a couple of heavy items in a move only a few days before the move. The first two movers I contacted had no availability, but Dilon worked us in at the end of the day--I was so thankful for this. Dilon was very responsive during the whole process, and they did a great job.

Dilon and Mike made my move stress free! I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them for a move. I had to fly back to Ann Arbor to move my things for the start of the school year. They had the cheapest rate and were very flexible with making two stops to gather things for my new apartment. They were able to take down my bed frame quickly and put it back together in order to move it efficiently. They put my mattress in the mattress cover I bought and removed it once it was settled in the new spot. They even moved extra furniture that I didn't need in my room to another room to make it easier for me. Two thumbs up, five stars, and all the praise!

We needed help unloading our uhaul and Dilon and Mike were so great! Dilon was very prompt and professional answering emails and text. He was also incredibly accommodating when we didn't move until the day after we scheduled with the company, he found time the next day. It was over 90 degrees and they worked so hard. They were very observant of walls and with our furniture. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Wow. Dilon and his team member went above and beyond my expectations for this move. If I could give 6 stars I would. We moved on a 90+ degree day and he and his team member cut no corners!

This is the second time we have used Dilon and Hi five.

Dilon went above and beyond working with me to get my cube packed for cross country move a family heirloom furniture to California. He said he was known for maximizing what he could get in a pod and I definitely think he did. He stuck to his original quote and charged very reasonable fee for materials such as strapping. My pod was delivered at 10:00AM and he had it loaded shortly thereafter and it's being picked up today!

Just unloaded the cube in CA. Everything was in great condition. Even the 64 x 22 piece of glass that goes on top of the dresser made it and a large mirror. Great experience with Dilon and HiFive.

Dilon and his crew are top notch professionals. They are prompt, friendly, and affordable. They moved our house full of fragile antiques for an across town move in Monroe, and they were fantastic. Not one item was damaged. Highly recommended!

I texted Dilon on a Tuesday night at 5:02pm about a piano that we needed to move out of our apartment on Friday morning at 9:30am. I thought we'd hear back the next day, but he got back to me promptly at 6:49, and continued the conversation by text until we had things figured out. He then sent me a simple Google job form to fill out, and we were all set. It was a super easy process, and since our previous piano mover fell through, it was a huge relief.

On Friday morning, Dilon and Colin showed up a little before 9:30, were super personable, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor.

They moved the piano from our apartment to our U-Haul, even being up for negotiating a really tight fit through a back sliding door, and a trek up a part-grassy/part-gravel-covered incline.

They were awesome and the whole process was great!
